AddOns to Upgrade California’s Third-Largest Public Bus System’s Ellipse Platform

AddOns, Inc., the most reliable and comprehensive provider of managed IT services, hosting, and application support available to the public transportation industry, announced today that it has signed an extended three-year partnership with Alameda-Contra Costa Transit DISTRICT (AC Transit).

AC Transit is the third-largest public bus system in California, serving 13 cities and adjacent unincorporated areas in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. In addition to upgrading the District’s Ellipse EAM system from version 5 to version 8, AddOns will be providing hosting and ongoing IT services to support the upgrade once it is complete.
